What was Rick Scott and Dave Vitter charged, tried, and convicted of?

My only thought is "Why are you surprised"? Lies, Rants false accusations, ridicule, insults, and belligerence are certainly well respected methods used by the left. It is perfectly fine to do those things as long as it advances their agenda.
