What do I do if I dont like a plastic surgeons before and after picture?

I want to get a breast augmentation done and have been referred to a doctor from several girls I work with. I havent seen their bare breast but I see their cleavage and they all look nice. The problem is that I went to that doctors website and saw his before and after photos and I really wasn't impressed. I figured a doctor would choose the best patients with the best results to post on his website. Should I trust what the girls have to say or go to another doctor?
