Should I get do natural or artifical breast augmentation..someone help please!?

Okay. I'm really having a dilemma. I'm losing sleep over this. I was thinking about my breast augmentation. I'm 5'3 110 pounds and a full A small B cup. I want to boost my self confidence and look sexier in some outfits but I also care a lot what people think about me. I don't want people to think i'm fake if I get implants. If I would get implants though I would want a full B small C implant not too intense. However, there is this new "natural breast augmentation" they do at the miami breast center. By using the Brava, you can do a fat transfer so it can naturally increase your bust size to about a cup-a cup and a half (i've also heard 2 cups). I was thinking about doing that but I'm afraid I won't be happy with my size. The pictures on the miami breast center website look like they get a pretty good increase. I do want my change to be noticeable but not tooooo noticeable. If I get implants I don't want guys to automatically think I'm fake. I'm a very sensitive girl and want to attract the right guy. Not the pigs...I want the down to earth guys who don't gock at other women in front of me..a real gentleman. I feel like the natural one will be good because I won't have anything actually in me..but I want to make sure I have a good increase and not too extreme. What do i do? Any suggestions? Do guys like implants? Do they mind implants? Do they prefer the feel of real breasts or fake? Why do they always look at fake boobs and porn then? HELP PLEASE!
