PICTURES: Do you think my friend should get a nose job?

COMPLETE HONESTY ; her nose shape is beautiful, kinda like a twilight vampire, now when it comes to size im being honest when I say it's a bit big or rather its a bit prominent i.e. sticks out. I have a same size nose I'm going for a nose job soon, but its her decision in the end!
