What is the perfect size for breasts?

I am going to get a breast augmentation. I am currently a 34B / 36A and I am thinking a 36C (full C). would a 36D be too big? I'm a runner, and I know it will be harder to run with these cantaloupes anyways. What is the perfect, sexiest size where I can still run! I have a medium build.
