How to cure constipation from taking narcotics?

I just got a breast augmentation on Tuesday, and for the pain the gave me oxicodone and Valium. I haven't really been taking them since yesterday. I'm to the point now where all I need us Tylenol and ibuprofen. Anyway...the narcotics have left me unbearably constipated! I've tried everything I can think of to relieve it; stool softeners, massaging my stomach, prune juice, ridiculous amounts of water, fruit, I tried a suppository TWICE (last night and today), and those usually work wonders for me. Notes much this time. I'm trying so hard to avoid laxatives, because they have caused me a lot of pain in the past. Any suggestions on what I can do? I seriously don't need stomach problems along with the post surgery discomfort. :(
