Can you become a plastic surgeon in a specific field?

Just liking anything in the medical field, you have a generalize BEFORE you specialize. You would learn general plastic surgery before deciding a specialty. So after general is done, don't even get a job in general plastic surgery, go straight to training on boobs then get a job doing that.
