Can I drink 2-3 days later after breast augmentation?

I will be going under surgery for breast augmentation on Thursday evening and will be in bed for the rest of that day and Friday as well. Will I be able to drink with my bf and friends on Saturday? I'm not looking to party hard or anything but just be able to chill and relax. I was told that one person had her done one day and two days later she was already up and drinking and everything. I am just curious to know and would like to hear it from other people who are experience in that department of able to up and move within two to three days later...
